Quality Assurance Owing to the priority to serve flawless quality products, various stringent quality tests are conducted under the supervision of our quality control executives. The equipments installed in our quality control lab are as mentioned below with their functions.

• Spectroscope & Chemical Lab :- To check the chemical analysis of weld metal & Raw materials.
• Test Welding Machine :- To check the quality of electrodes (crack , smoke ,spatter etc,)
• Microscope, Vernier Calipper & Screw Gauge :- To check flux deposit level & dimensions.

We are conducting ISO 9001 auditing now. Soon we can get appoval for ISO 9001-2000 certification (auditing works is in Process). We are manufacturing and supply quality ARC Welding Electrodes. We manufacture best quality welding electrodes with a 100% quality check loading to products of smoke and oderless quality and performance.
